Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

Harrassment over Email

I work for a large real estate firm owned by a public conglomerate. Through a fellow agent, I came across an email a fellow agent wrote -- a highly graphic, sexually offensive email approximately 500 words in length, written explicitly about me, incorporating the use of the word ''whore'' over 10 times. He copied several colleagues at the company on the email and circulated it, though he didn't send the email to me directly. I have the email as evidence. Do I have a case for sexual harassment?
