You do not give much information (any actually) so it is a little difficult to answer. Obviously if you are a boss, then it would be a good idea not to have too many closed door meetings. Having camera's on premises (with the appropriate warnings) might also be a good idea.

If you have already been served with a complaint, you should hire an attorney. You are not allowed to defend your own company and you and the company should have legal advice.
