Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

sexual harassment

I worked for this company for 11yrs., the last 4 as an asst.manager. A female worker falsely accused me of touching a part of her anatomy. The investigation by the store manager, who was fired a month later, resulted in me being fired. I say that this company wanted me gone because of me having Parkinsons and considered me, an accident waiting to happen. How or who can I suit to clear my name? No H.R.Manager in place, who would have defused situation. Poor investigation, myself not given all the facts to defend myself. Store manager fired a month later. Discrimination due to my illness, which they released to associates without my permission, drove me to seek psychiatric help. Can I get my job back or clear my name through a law suit? There are other truthful issues that points to this company getting 'rid of me', asap, to show associate they did something, so she would not suit them. My career and name are ruined, and at 59yrs. old, jobs are hard to find. There are 145 employees and 142 believe in me to where some were circulating a petition until I said stop, before you're next. Please, I know that I'm right in wanting justice...84 words left? Instead, let's talk??

Re: sexual harassment

Your situation really depends on what evidence supported your firing. Companies must take sexual harassment claims very seriously. On the other hand, false accusations of sexual harassment are equally damaging.

In any event, my office evaluates and handles discrimination cases, or alternatively works with you to obtain a fair severance package as compensation for your damages. Clearly, your case deserves to be evaluated to see if you have a claim and what avenues may be pursued to enforce your rights.

You may contact my office through SeveranceAttorney.com or via email.
