Legal Question in Social Security Law in New York
Disability after knee surgery
I am 60+ and has been on SSA disability for for about 1 year because both my knees are in very bad shape. I am in constant pain. I have seen many doctors and most have advised me to go for total knee replacement for both knees. If I go for the surgery, will my disability payments be affected?
