Filing for SS Benefits as a resident alien living abroad
Hello,
My father is attempting to file a claim for his SS benefits accrued during his 30 years in the US. He is a resident alien, currently living in Brazil.
He has sent in his application, which was complete, but now is being told that more information is needed from him before his claim will be approved.
