Tax deduction

I am currently paying restitution for a crime that I committed. Can I use my payments as a tax deducable?

It depends on what the restitution is for.

It is highly unlikely that it is deductible.

It would be highly unlikely, unless maybe you paid taxes on the original income or item that you stole.
