hi i drive for a living, and i was recently pulled over in NY and arrested for a AUO of 2nd degree (511A2) , i have never been arrested before and dont hava a record, i also got a speeding ticket with the AUO my licensed has been suspended 4 times in NY, i live in MA i have 3 unpaid tickets which i thought were paid by my boss, now i have to go back to court , i wanted to know what consequences i face and if i could get the charges dropped down to a ACD, and if i need an attorney also if i should plea not guily, thanks
