Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

change plea after sending in ticket

I received a ticket for speeding in a construction zone. Initially, I returned form with not guilty, but on second thought, I don't want to bother dealing with the court. I haven't heard back from the court yet. Is it possible to change a plea once submitted?

Jurisdiction is New Paltz NY which outside NY, Long Island and other problem areas.

We can help. However, the sooner you act, the better. It is easier to convince a cour to withdraw a plea shortly after it is entered. Give me a call to discuss. It's no big deal.

Thanks
