Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
I had couple glasses of wine so I had my boyfriend drive because he had nothing to drink. On our way home we got pulled over because our head light was out. We got a head light ticket and he got a ticket for suspended lience and this would be his 2nd ticket. He is also on probation but his probation officer says on how well he is doing. Is there something we can do or would he go to jail? we live in New york state
