driving without a license

my 17 yr old was driving and ticketed for no license. he has a permit other person in car was licensed 19 yr old

The charge your son is facing is a misdemeanor under the vehicle and traffic laws. Since you are on the east end of Long Island, a good attorney should be able to deal with this charge without it seriouly effecting your sons future driving privilages.
