Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

Driving wih a suspended registration in another car

I got a ticket for driving (in someone else's car) with a suspended registration, the sticker on the window said the registration was good until April of 2009, and i was only borrowing the car for the day. Can i be held responsible for that? Also, I am pretty sure i got other tickets on that day, yet the extract of my driving record from DMV and a document I got from the court itself cite only one violation that I am responsible for, does that mean the other violations were thrown out? If i got them on the same day from the same officer, shouldn't they show up as well?

Everything depends upon where the tickets are returnable. If they are returnable at a Traffic Violation Bureau administrative tribunal, you will get a different result then if they are returnable to a local district court or criminal court. If you contact my office @7188340087 I will have a phone consultation with you free of charge.
