Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

i think someone found my old id and used it somehow ... now i recieved three tickets in the mail and my licence is suspended ... can i fight and win the case and how do i prove that it wasint me that got those tickets ?

You need to get an attorney. You are going to have to investigate the times and dates of the tickets and gather proof that you were not the person who received the tickets. This is going to be a long and very hard fight but one you have a chance of winning. Be advised it is a slim chance but if you don't even try the consequences are extreme. High fines, civil financial penalties and loss of your driving privileges for a period of time.
