Can I keep my N.Y State issued driving privileges and have my privileges be revoked in another state?

If your privileges are revoked due to non-payment of fines, NYS will also suspend.
If it's because of other reasons, the answer is a nice ambiguous "it depends". More info is needed before that can be answered.
