motorcycle parking laws in upstate ny
In Florida it is legal to park a motorcycle in the stripe spaces between handicapped parking spaces. It is legal in the state of New York?

Every area of the state has its own regulations about parking, but to the best of my knowledge, it is not legal to park anywhere on an area designated for handicapped parking without a handicapped parking permit under any circumstances including the area set asside for handicapped access to and from the vehicle.
