Reckless driving is a misdemeanor and is considered a crime, as such it is highly reccomended that you have an attorney with you when you report to Court. Doing so can make a tremendous difference in the charge that actually goes on your record, especially if you haven't been arrested before, having an attorney would be your best opportunity to get a substantial reduction or dismissal. This area of law is our specialty, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.

Reckless Driving is a criminal offense and, in my experience, is overused by the police. There are certain specific factors which must be shown which appear to be absent in your synopsis of the case. Please feel free to call me 6312266675 or 5169389154 or visit my website and e-mail me if you are in Nassau/Suffolk/Queens/Brookly/Manhattan Counties if you just want a further consult OR contact local counsel if you are outside my areas.
