Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Reckless Driving summons
Hi!I got a summons for reckless driving (VTL1212) and disorderly conduct (PL240.20 sub 5). I hold a class A license. My question is what is the effect on my license if the court finds me guilty and the consequences i'll be facing with. Could I bargain for a lower penalty in case found quilty of it? Pls.could somebody give me a clear advice on this matter.DoI need to get a lawyer for this, if so where could I find one?
