aunt dies without will

uncle dies, leaves me and others as beneficiares, he was a widower living with my aunt ceil. aunt ceil dies with no will. where do i stand as a beneficiary? ceil`s only living brother takes over as exc. of estate. his attorneys are un cooperative in suppling any info help

When someone dies instestate (without a will) the estate passing to the surviving family but in a certain order. If your Aunt was married then the estate would pass to her husband. No Husband, then to children; no children, then to parents; no parents, then to brothers and sisters.
