Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

My Aunts Will

My brother, I think, is executor of my aunts will. It has not gone to probate as yet and my other brothers do not know what is in it. He is not talking to the rest of the family and refuses to let us know what is in the will. Is there some way I can file to have him probate the will so that we can see it. thank you

There are some questions that need to be answered including how long it has been since your aunt's death, how your brother obtained a copy of the will, and whether in fact, he is the executor or not.
