Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

No children. No will

My Uncle passed away in 1998, my aunt by marriage just passed. My aunts mother is still alive... But my uncle and aunt had never had any children... not sure of any will, There are somethings of my uncle's I would like to have, do I have any legal rights for any property, land house cars ect. The niece on my aunts side and myself on my uncles side are the only one's except for my aunts mother.
