Some reasons for contesting a will include that the testator lack capacity to make a will, was unduly influenced by someone or the will was not properly executed. These issues are complicated and/or technical so I suggest that you have the will and the circumstances examined by an attorney before you make your decision. There is no requirement that a will be initialed on each page.
