how to get a copy of a will
I would like to get a copy of the will
my sister and I are not on speaking terms.
. i have done some research on this and here is what i know so far. the will has not been submitted for probate before doing the research I went to the surrgate court in queens there was not listing for my Fathers name . Please let me know how much it would cost(ball park figure) and how long it would take to get a copy of my fathers will.i have been trying to get a copy since 1991. please help ASAP

Ten years is a long time.

Are you sure that there was a Will?

If so, who had it? Is the lawyer who wrote it still around?

The cost of getting a Will will vary with the amount of time required to conduct the search and contact the individuals involved.

What happened to the property???
