Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

I want to draw up a will and other documents but I'm not sure what state to use.

I rent an apartment in New York and work in New York (and file taxes there) but my property (home, and the majority of my possessions -boats, piano, car, furniture, etc.) are in Pennsylvania.

Should I use a New York form?

You should consider setting up a trust. Otherwise, upon your death, your executor will need to file for probate in NY and PA.
