Q. If an estate is left with instruction of the order to inherit and i have a lein against me can they apply the lein against the estate.

A. No. A judgment against you may not be applied to the estate.

Q. if i an deceast does the lean stay in force upon the next in line to inherit

A. The death of an individual does not extinguish a judgment. The judgment must be paid from the estate's assets. Any remaining assets would then be given to those individuals that stand to inherit.
