Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

How do i become executive of an estate where the deceased is my sons father and my son is an minor and i am not married to him all of his relatives is dead except the sister who does not want anything to do with the estate?

In New York, you must first be appointed Guardian of the Property of his son and then petition the court to be appointed Administrator of the estate. If you need assistance, call me.
