my girlfriends father owned property in pr, it was willed to his4 children and their/mom his wife he, they are now both decease, the childtren do want to dsell, however 2 art being abstinant trying not to reach out, so the property can maybe be taken over by pr. can you refer an atty to somehow get the two bad ones gone
