Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

is this right

My grandfather recently passed away. He was living in illinois. He was taken to New York by his neice.Within 5 months he turn over all of his assets into a trust with the niece being in charge. His will was changed and his singuture was witness by his lawyer and the lawyers wife. Who i think is related to my grandfathers neice. The lawyer told me since everything is in a trust and i am not listed sorry about your luck but this is a private document. What kind I do. I would like to challage this as my grandfather really taken from our state without knowledge and moved to new york and then have everything changed in his will to a trust.

You may be able to challenge the Trust in Surrogate's Court. I suggest that you consult with an experienced estate attorney to discuss your options.
