Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

I have inherited a house along with 4 other siblings. The house is in probate. I do not want to have anything to do with the house. If no ones signs the deed will the judge put all of our names on the deed? If one or two sign will they be the owners. Do I have to sign off on anything?

The Executor will sign the deed once Letters Testamentary are issued by the Surrogate. You are free to renounce your share of the bequest. Let the attorney or the Executor know. They will probably ask you to sign a release or waiver.
