Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

In NY, if there is no will, what is the order to inherit? The deceased had no spouse/children and parents are dead. There were two siblings, but one passed several years ago, so there is only one sibling remaining. Would the split be 100% for the sibling? Or would it be 50% for the sibling, and 50% to be split amongst the predeceased sibling's children? Not sure what the rule is for NY and want to make sure the paperwork gets filled out correctly...
