How serious of an offense is it to deliberately send notification of probate to the wrong address? Does it warrant litigation

Should a notification of the bar association be perrormed and a notification to the probate judge

It all depends on who provided the address. How do you know it was a deliberate misrepresentation versus an innocent mistake? How do you know it is the attorney and not the client who is at fault?

In any event, if the court made decisions that you would have opposed but for the lack of notice, file an appropriate motion with the court. This should be the first step you should take.
