Re: Power of attorney

A Power of Attorney normally ends upon the death of the person granting the Power. There are limited exceptions if action is taken before anyone knows of the death. The Executor, when qualified and appointed, has all "power" or authority necessary to carry out the terms of the Will. Once the Will is probated and the Executor appointed, he should give notice to all interested parties of the probate and also a copy of the Will.
