Re: Probate

This question confuses me. Please send me more information.

The executrix is filing a petition in the Appellate Division for what purpose? Are there issues that are not yet settled? Is the executrix searching for more assets of the estate?

Re: Probate

You do not decribe what forms are being filed. In some instances, final documents (like receipts of distributions) may have to be required to be filed after the distributions are made, to verify all people received what they were entitled to. I need more information on what is involved to properly answe your question.
