Will
My aunt recently pass away
before she died she promise to leave her home to me,now
i am being told by other family members that she promised someone else the house.Is there anything i can do to prove she promised the house to me.

Re: Will
If she died the house would be given either by deed with your name on it, or by will. If your name is not on the deed or the house is not left to you in the will, you are not specifically entitled to the house.
