Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Will Question

My mother passed away before my grandmother did.

After my mother passed away, one of my mother's sisters removed her from my grandmother's will. My grandmother just passed away and I am trying to find out if my sisters and I should be entitled to my mother's part of my grandmother's will?

Re: Will Question

It depends on what her will stated. The first step would be getting in touch with the executor.
