Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

Femur fraction at work

I fractured my femur while working at a summer camp. I have a rod and pins in my femur. I also have an active case with NY workers comp board . The accident happened in 2005 and I have a file with the board. I am a college senior and I did not miss any work due to this injury but I have a lost of motion range in my leg. I also go through muscle pain during winters and I cannot play sports such as swimming and soccer that involves leg power. However, I can walk normaly. Shall I hire a lawyer ? I have not recieved any compensation from my work comp carrier altho they took care of my medical bills!
