NY Workmans Comp. Insurance carrier is disputing the medical bills. How does the WC Board handle this?

Its and ABSOLUTE mess! The workers compensation board has enacted new medical treatment guidelines as of december 2010. Depending on the body part will determine how a doctor has to file his or her bills to be paid.
