Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
WISK hearing
At the WISK hearing it was stipulated by the judge that my disability is partial permanent. Must I still see my Dr. every 45 days, can the ins. carrier still send me to their IME's and I am 64 years old, how long will I be receiving W/C benefits? Thank you in advance for your answers and advice.
