Will's

If one makes there own will and just keeps it at home, does this take precedence over any will that has been made before and is it legal?

Re: Will's

If you are in New Zealand, a Will is only valid if it was signed by you with 2 witnesses who were present when you signed.

If the Will which you did at home was properly executed as above then it supersedes any previous Will. If it was not then it is worthless.

You are strongly advised to pay for legal advice to check your situation.
