child adoption

i am fostering a 5 month old and would love to adopt him but his perants have got order for him to b adopted but not by me how can i over turn this order

It is extermely unlikely that you can prevent the birth parents from ordering adoption to someone else. The only way you could have any chance is if you can show that the parents are grossly unfit to make decisions about the child's welfare - such as mental illness sufficiet to render them both mentally incapable.
