Transferring money to US and possible Internet Scam

I have a question about someone who is trying to have money transfered into my account here in the US from Nigeria. Also they want me to send 5000 dollars so they can send me 21 Milllion. Ya right.. Well I just want to know what the laws are and who I should contact.

To report these thieves, call the MO Attorney General's Office. They will probably tell you there is no hope of catching them. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY !!!! Don't communicate with them. Just delete the messages. I get ten messages a day like that. I just talked with a guy who lost $7,500.00 in a similar scam.

Sir, this is obviously a scam unfurtunatly from my country men and women. Our advice is that you disregard this line of communication with these people.
