Legal Question in Family Law in Nigeria

deceptive marriage

I have a Nigerian friend who lives in South Korea. He married a woman from the U.S. She came to Korea to marry him, stayed with him for 3 weeks and left with telling him that should would return to live in Korea with him. She has never returned and is currently living with her ex-husband in Georgia. It has been over a year since their marriage. She decieved him and abandoned him. He justs wants a divorce. What are the steps he needs to take to obtain a divorce? Is it possible for him to use a ''do it yorself'' type form since he is a Nigerian citizen? There are no children involved.
