Legal Question in International Law in Nigeria

detained in nigeria by the government

I went to nigeria on business to see why bills that I gave money for were not paid. My staff had been stealing the money and the insurance for the charity org had lapsed. 4 kids in the charity org died of illness. Meanwhile I had the staff arrested for stealing the money. The next day after the arrest there was a knock at the door and a guy hit me over the head stealing all my money and the insurance payment. Before leaving the US I put a voluntary hold on my bank account at US Bank. The African government blames me for th death of those 4 kids despite all that has happened. My bank will not lift the hold on my check. account so that I can get the $7000 fine that the African government has given me. The gov't pulled my passport and said that I can not leave until I pay the $7000 fine. Meanwhile, my bank won't let me get my money because they think I maybe one of those fraudulent people from Africa trying to transfer money from the US. Please tell me what I can do. I have no money, no place to stay and I don't see me ever getting from over here.I can't get any loans from anywhere because there must be a fraud alert placed on my credit now. I have an elderly mom and young son that I take care of. I have been here since Jan. 30,2008
