Legal Question in Disability Law in North Carolina

Lack of proper due process/arbitration in a discrimination case

A legitimated claim in charges of discrimination dissmised by District Court judge, later dissmised by Court of Appeals, petition for rehearing was not granted eventhough, this time, EEOC's did file a brief in support for rehearing. A strong case of age, nation, handicaped , and racial discrimination. A felling of ''lack of duo process'' and civil rights violation by ignoring the Bill of Rights. Considering to take claim to the Supreme Court with a very little chances to be acepted for reviewing by this court. My question, how can I keep alive enough my claim and prevent it from expiration, so one day to be served with justice. Are there any other arbitration bodies to outlook and review the wrongdoing from inferior courts? may be, international tribunals for civil and human rights?

You can't. You either have to proceed with your claim within the deadlines set by the courts, or let it go.
