Legal Question in Banking Law in North Carolina

Credit Card Issue

I dated a girl for about two and a half years. While we were dating I let her use my credit card to make purchases. One of the items she bought was a car. She was making payments on the card but we broke up about six months ago. She was paying even after we broke up, but now she decided that she does not want to pay anymore. There is still a balance of about $3800. Is there anyway I can get the car. The car is in her name but was purchased with my credit card. Please help.

Thank you

Re: Credit Card Issue

The only thing you can do is sue her for the balance. Never allow someone to use your credit to purchase anything.
