Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

Do you have to legally re-pay a Perkins Loan from college from 1993? The state I went to college in is Pennsylvania.

Why would you think that you do not need to repay a student loan? There is no statute of limitations for federal student loans. You would have to check your loan documents but if its a loan through the US Dept. of Education then probably so unless its something like a Pell grant which does not have to be paid.
