Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
hello? I am 21 years old and going to court next month for a prostitution charge that I am not guilty of!! I have already been charged with prostitution before because I went to trial not knowing that my PUBLIC DEFENDER was not going to do anything and talked me into taking a plea!! This time I really want to know what I can do to not get charged with this!! There are lots or prostitutes in my ciyt, but the officers pick up the wrong girls by asking them do they want a ride!! And they are always riding around my campus (NCCU) that is how they pick up the wrong girls because as sonn as you get in the car 5 police cars block you in and arrest you!!! I really need to know what to do! Thanks!
