Arrested for violating probation/parole. He is still in jail and has no court date set? Will he get out with a warning with more strict rules?

The probation was the warning with more strict rules. A violation of probation ought to land you in the pokey to serve the original sentence. However, it is up to the judge to determine if he in fact violated the probation and if so, the judge will usually rely heavily on the probation officers recommendation.
