Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

B and E and other

If u are invited to a huse for thre to four weeks and then u go back during that time period and retrive a garmet of clothing out of the house when no one is home with out forcest entry and through a unlocked door. Is that Concidered B and E? the person that filled the charge WAS a friend at an earlier date but a fight had hem hot at each other and lso the house is not the young ladies it is her mothers who is in Baghdad and the lady is 19th. And watch the house for her mom.
