Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
I was charged with a crime but I have not appeared before a judge to answer the charges. I have not been convicted, but everytme I apply for a job I get turned down because of this one arrest on my record. This happened 5 months ago. What should I do to get my case in court? I was appointed an attorney, but he does not return my phone calls
