Legal Question
Should a man be accountable for his actions or was he just following orders? He was in a war in space and exploded a planet and when he did he blew up some of his own soldiers and all of the enemies war craft. So would he be accounted for killing those soldiers and his own or was he just following orders and doing what he was told to do?
