Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

Warrant

I just found out their is a warrant for my arrest in Hendersonville, NC. I used the company I worked for at the time credit card & pawn the tools for bill money. They found out about it and fired me. I've tried to pay the company back for the tools but they will not talk to me. The sherriff has a hold on the tools so I can't return them. Now I found out I have a warrant. I would like an attorney present before I turn myself in. What do you suggest? Any good criminal attorney's recommended in Hendersonville, NC?

If there's a warrant for you they will likely extradite you to North Carolina. I'm not in touch with any attorneys down there so you may want to look in the North Carolina answers at this site to evaluate a few attorney's answers on criminal law. The only issues on extradition are whether a crime has been in another state and whether you have been charged with the crime. You may want to voluntarily go back to North Carolina to answer the charges to avoid being detained here in Pennsylvania awaiting extradition.
